I know every league has meta or overpowered skills like this league with EK and herald stacking.

Instead of focusing on best skill currently, what is your favourite skill to use even if it isnt the meta or great for end game content?
Personally I have always loved chaos skills and when Soulrend came out i was instantly enamoured by it with leeching ES, piercing, going through proximity shields and cannot be reflected which is always nice.
It isnt the most damaging or even that viable but for me it's my favourite skill.

I played lacerate right when it came out and had a blast. Best melee build I ever played and was the most fun I ever had with any build ever. Then lacerate was completely gutted by tencent and melee hasnt been any fun since. The way you could abuse the aoe, clear up to 3 screens with old lacerate or do insane damage up close compared to the way it works now [terribly] with blood and sand is a great testament to where tencent took this game.

I also really enjoy playing flicker strike, I got a savior flicker going and its still kinda fun but still no where near what it used to be.

Most spells in this game are still way to overpowered and unbalanced as well as being broken mechanically to be "fun" for me. And minion builds just enable me to be a lazy fuck standing around doing nothing while loot drops all around me.

this is how I felt about reave, I loved it when statsticks were still a thing but now it feels so bad

spectral throw is by far my fav skill in game. It's mechanics of movement with clearing and the boomerang effect is so satisfying with the mtx

Some dude right when that skill came out posted a thread jacking himself off with 30k dps daring people to post better. God those days we were so naive.

Absolutely love vaal double strike, just the idea of summoning comes to help is so cool
