Lets say with the same investment, which is better? I was thinking of going fb cyclone with the surrender

currently have a coc ice nova but not sure if I should continue to invest, have a basic build no awakened gem ect. basic 14cdr 2x cospri's with 5k hp. it's fun but not sure if I wanna invest 100ex if the 100ex would make a better char if invested in some other build.

facebreaker impale is highest dps build in game right now and is very tanky, ice nova is more fun and will clear faster.

edit: or anyone for that matter? was going to go the surrender w/ max block glad but not sure what to do tbh.
