Andariel hell quest bug has the best chance to drop a soj

Meph is the first/best boss to drop it in classic, Andy cannot in classic, she is like 15 levels higher in Xpac than in Classic because Act 5 normal boosted all of Nightmare.

Andy Hell is probably the best, but Meph is very safe to run, up to you.
