Hello,

I just finished the Terran campaign : Wings of Liberty for the first time.
Once the last mission is complete, it looks like i cannot go back to the ship and do the arcade stuff and Zeratul's missions... Do i need to play again through the whole story mode to have access to that or is there any other way?

By the way, if i need to go through the story mode again, does the same scenario happens for the next campaigns?

Sorry cant help tho im in middle of the first campaign so would like to know as well in case i need to do it before that point gonna track

That is correct. You cannot go back on Hyperion to do sidequests.

Edit: and yes, campaign is exactly the same when you start again.

But the last part of my question was maybe not written correctly. Does that kind of scenario also happens on the Zerg and Protoss campaigns?

The other two campaigns are have several pathways you can take to get to the end. I think you can come back to them later. Maybe not. Safe bet is to do all planets they offer you first, before tackling any new ones.

go mission archives
pick a mission where you have access to the cantina and do it
