I would max foh first and leave fanta for last. Smite is going to be far more situationally restricted than foh.

I agree max foh and synergies then smite

I ended up maxing foh shock conviction hshield and put 1 in fana and vigor. With 50 ias gets 6 frame smite, if I only had 40 ias I would need a few points in fana, level 13 with gear iirc.
