i cant train at home i get bored after 10 minutes idk why
good overall workout would be burpees pushups jumping jacks situps plank squats
like this 10x squat 10x burpees 10x pushups 10x situps rest 30 sec between each 1 and keep going till u cant then rest couple hours do this 2-3 times a day
trains alot of muscles and good cardio
can replace situps with plank plank till u cant no more
