No limit. You can have 8.

Just a heads-up, with eight players on the same ip, that cuts your max games per hour down by a lot.
1 acct per ip allows you to play up to 20 games per hour w/o getting flagged. Well, so long as you do not leave and enter games too quickly.
8 accts per ip drastically cuts that number of games down to about 2 games per hour. Which is fine if you are in a group of friends and are on the same ip and having fun rather than power levelling.

They are websites offering these services. Alternatively you can buy a VPS and some extra IPs (german websites are the cheapest). If you are using a VPS you can bind a copy of Game.exe to another IP.
