The problem in my opinion with vayne, quinn top is, that the jungler can rly fuck you over, especially if you are on red side.
You are naturally pushing in by harassing the enemy and because of the fact you have no good expace u can easily get ganked.
You don't necessarily push by harassing. Most ranged tops can bully the enemy laner by autoing every time they step up to farm and using the bushes to drop minion aggro. You need to know how to control the wave while keeping the enemy starved.
