I remember way back in the day some guy insisted Teemo wasn't a counter to Nasus, then Boost 4 U called him out and absolutely humiliated him in the 1v1 over and over.

last patch, they tested long range-slow-Nasus, with slow-range based on q-stacks, on the PBE

The problem in my opinion with vayne, quinn top is, that the jungler can rly fuck you over, especially if you are on red side.
You are naturally pushing in by harassing the enemy and because of the fact you have no good expace u can easily get ganked.
