Hi, I recently created a ilvl 99 item by a high char imbue plus a couple of rolls with soj + pskull recipe and then have rolled it since then a handful of times with the 6 pskull recipe. i later checked the item level and to my surprise it was decreased to about ilvl 62. Originally I thought the 6 pskull recipe aloud you to have another chance at the same or equal to item level. Then out of curiosity I re rolled the the item with one soj + pskull recipe and rechecked the item level, magically it was returned to ilvl99.

Has anyone experienced this or can explain what’s going on here?

1 pskull, 1 SOJ, 1 rare item = 1 rare item; ilvl = 0.6 ilvl + 0.6 clvl
6 pskulls, 1 rare item = 1 rare item; ilvl = 0.4ilvl + 0.4clvl

start with item lvl (99)
find your char lvl on other axis
where the row/column meet is the result ilvl after 1 roll
repeat process for # of rolls

e.g. starting with a lvl 99 char and lvl 99 item
ilvl99 -> ilvl 78 -> ilvl70 -> ilvl67 -> ilvl65 -> ilvl65

if your char is lvl 95 youll bottom out at 62

you can also use the chart to find target char lvl to roll certain ilvls etc
