No because this could lead to automation abuse extremely easily

There's no harm in this. Could write a program easily that automatically bumps threads without this feature.
So long as the bumping itself isn't automated by default I wouldn't be bothered by it.
I just don't want some dude to automate his bumping then go afk for 3 months while all his threads are getting bumped.
