I am over 1000 paragon with around 1.7m damage on a DH.

Wondering if its better with area damage?

also when its rotating between elements? and what is the thought on the area damange?

I prefer boost to % on numbers

because, think about it, if you get a % boost on numbers, then your numbers will be bigger

and with bigger numbers, you'll do bigger numbers

One on the right, you can change it when your dexterity will be high and proportion of time spent on pushing and speedfarming. CoE passive will give you only ~5,5% dmg increase for 25% of the time while dex boost is 5-6% full time dmg increase (i guess you have 11-12k dex) and some toughness.
