All the reports are reviewed by the staff and actions will be taken depending on the context - if the user keeps spamming, actions will be taken against his account.
Also, even if you think nothing was done by the staff doesn’t mean that they took care of it - there are more punishments than having your warn increased.

Adding on here, you've been instructed several times over the years to report the issues and to refrain from posting in General Help about these type of situations. In addition you've been told several times that you should PM staff members should you have a question specifically meant for a staff member such as this.

We review every report that is done. If you have gone to a staff member and they have instructed you it is being handled, rest assured it is. In the off chance that you still feel it is not being handled properly by the staff member, you can Pm a Senior Moderator and we will be able to assist you.
