You can ping HP Support to see if they can provide the cabinet file for your machine version, then extract the drivers and install them that way.
Side note - why do you want the OEM software? A lot of that stuff is bloatware and is unnecessary.
There's a piece of software called Omen command center that controls all kind of hardware tweaks like overclocking and lighting. Simply installing the newest version seems to take away some of these features... There's other software that's useful as well.

For security purposes, I'm a little skeptical about copying and restoring a system image. For the sake of argument, let's just say HP put some kind of malware (intentionally or not) on my computer whether to track my behavior for ad purposes or to make remote access easier or anything (doesn't matter). How do I go about doing a fresh windows 10 install and then copying just the essential drivers and software over?
