only really on jabs thankfully, LF you get light dmg anyhow. and i think in a jab heavy matchup u want 30 ias poons anyhow. as would any thrower barb.
unless im wrong in my head and the light dmg on a wep throw is calculated separately for MDR bug than the LF skill light dmg. but i dont think it is, afaik ele dmg is pooled before MDR is factored.
