Since all gyms are closed in NY, there's essentially nothing I can do besides body weight workouts at home since I own no equipment.

I wanted to try something new since I don't usually do the same routine back to back normally. Is this bad for muscle development?


20 sets of:
5x pull ups, 10x push ups, 20-30 second rest between sets. Varying hand positions for both throughout the workout.

Then I do this 5x days in a row.. main goal of 500x pull ups and 1000x pushups in one week.

IMO full body EoD with cardio on off days to retain mass. Eat at maintenance or slight surplus.

My advice is shit I’m dyel status. Diff hand position pushups sound d4nk
