Since all gyms are closed in NY, there's essentially nothing I can do besides body weight workouts at home since I own no equipment.
I wanted to try something new since I don't usually do the same routine back to back normally. Is this bad for muscle development?
20 sets of:
5x pull ups, 10x push ups, 20-30 second rest between sets. Varying hand positions for both throughout the workout.
Then I do this 5x days in a row.. main goal of 500x pull ups and 1000x pushups in one week.
