I didn't lose any money holding onto them tbh.
Enlightens were 30 c each. 15c for GCPs. Sold them at lvl 3 uncorrupted for 140 at the end, started at 195.
I sold spots for chayulas and kept all the map drops and boss drops. Those 5 spots covered for all my fees from run, everything else is pure profit.
Gem levels, exp, incubators/prophecies.
