griff 15ias/15res jewel
highlord
enigma
titan
spirit or jmoc with 4*facet
razortail
fcr ring with mana leach
ravenfrost
3/20 gloves
aldurs or silkweave

infinity merc

enough point in Pierce to be 77% (razortail give 33)

Griffon ias-res, enigma, eth titan, spirit shield, highlords, fcr ring, raven, 3 java-20ias gloves, pierce belt, boots with high res. Java skillers with life. Small charms with res. Merc with infy, andy, forty.
Max charged strike, fury and it's synergies. One point at jav for inmunes and pierce.

That way you have a nice tele and decent ias and damage.
