I think you mean Ryzen 3. Zen 3 isn't out yet and won't be for a while yet.

"Zen 3" was typo yes the Ryzen 4000 series are the first of the Zen 2 mobile line.
Ryzen 3, 5, 7 & 9 are marketing labels that don't tell you what generation the CPU is from, designed to match up with Intel's i3, i5, i7 & i9 naming conventions.

Yeah, it's dumb asf. I wish they would just keep all the zen as ryzen 1xxx, skip zen+ and do zen 2 as ryzen 2xxx, would make so much more sense but none of these tech companies are well known for their product naming.
