hi there

I was wondering, how am I suppose to make the blue conqueror spawn ?
I am almost lvl 90 with 100 + map accomplish, I can tear thru t 14-16 map but I have not gotten 1 blue watchstone so far, I have 3 of all the different other tho

Any help would be amazing thank you in advance
