Pretty much this.
As soon as you see that they're going to be catering to consoles, that's when you know it's going to be a casual mess targeted towards people with the attention span of a spider monkey who want to play 30 minutes a week with their wives and dogs and cats on the couch. The greedy corporate retards don't even understand what franchise this is and how important the core fanbase is. They don't realize the casuals are going to quit the game within the first 2 months and then move on to the next popular thing anyway. When the hardcore fanbase is gone and the casuals are gone, that's when the game dies. That's what happened to Diablo 3. Exactly why Diablo 2 has more players on Battle.net than D3 even if you consider half the population as bots with Blizzard's primitive ways to fight them rather than actually doing something.
