That's not default? When I alt tab it still stays up in background.

same but I want to be able to freely move my mouse over even when i dont alt tab

Think it's standard so you don't accidentally move off screen, like 0.000001% of the player base would want this feature lol

Just alt tab when you need to click on RS xD
