i've never had a problem with live itself going down, a few games i have but that is on the devs side not microsofts

what kinda issues are you having maybe we can help troubleshoot it?

Between my kids and I, my multiple consoles are used almost daily, and we very rarely if ever have a problem. If there is a service interruption it's usually resolved fast, within an hour or two. One thing I appreciate is MS has never had a breach where my CC info was compromised like PSN did to me. They both have their own issues at times, nothing has a perfect uptime.

Right now there is a huge influx for online services, and everything is taking a hit. Netflix has throttled their streaming. Hulu has done the same. Prime probably will next. Hell, even ISPs are struggling under the extra load of kids all being home and parents as well, many working remotely.

It's a shitty situation.

I agree it can be frustrating especially w everyone stuck at home. Just remember we are all in this together.

MS is fully aware of the service strains as they have spoke about it a few times and they have a great track record of helping us out in that respect.

Mine was working fine for the few hours I played last night ( from like 8-11pm EST). Did you have any issues during that time?
