Current computer bought 5 years ago:

Bitfenix Neos ATX Mid Tower Case 2X5.25 3X3.25 3X2.5 *No PS* Top USB3.0 Audio - Black

EVGA 600B Bronze 600W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply

ASUS Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Z87 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI CrossFireX/SLI SATA3 USB3.0 HDMI Motherboard

Kingston HyperX Fury Memory Black 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1866 CL10 Dual Channel Memory Kit

EVGA GeForce GTX 960 Supersc Acx 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5 128BIT HDMI SLI G-SYNC Ready Graphics Card

Crucial MX100 256GB SATA 6Gbps 150/550MB/S 2.5? 7MM (With 9.5MM Adapter) SSD

Intel Core i5 I5-4590 Haswell 3.3GHZ Processor LGA1150 6MB Cache Retail

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm looking to increase the power a little bit, tried playing some COD Warzone and it's way too laggy, unplayable even on low settings

Canirunit.com recommends at least 12gb ram (have 8) and 4gb for GPU (have 2)

I have 2 slots open to add/buy 2x more 4GB or DDR3 to have 16GB total.

My question is: Can I/is it worth it to just upgrade my video card and add the extra ram in this computer? Can my power supply etc handle the strong video card? Or is the rest of the hardware out dated and better to just start fresh on a new build?

If yes any recommendations on good value GPU right now?

I don't need to run all new games on max settings, just want to be playable without lag on standard settings.

Thanks !

so

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GV-N105TD5-4GD Graphic Cards ~240$

2x 4GB DDR3 ~80$?

wondering if this is worth it to add

if I had to build from scratch.. would probably buy a better gpu and not that ram, pretty hesitant because of that

If you buy a 1050ti your wasting money... its the same as your 960.
If you wanna just upgrade ram and see how that works out get this...
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xb9999

Then sell ur old kit for 30$
