This is a great general philosophy. Very rarely correct but a very good indication.

The main time to note this is quite far out is the earlier tiers, As you can see a level 10 weapon with 100 ee only deals as much as a level 15 weapon with 67ee.



So for the new players out there, it's important to swap weapons often early on. However make sure you spend the majority of your budget on level 50/55 items, as these items need to take you all the way to level 71+.
