How much additional ias is needed for max attack speed (guided arrow)?

10% is all that's needed for max speed and you got 20 on bow so you're good to go

What's ckn speed compared to rune bow / gothic bow?

2.27 attacks / second Chukonu (Maximum 10 ias )
2.50 attacks / second Gothicbow (With Twitch, Deaths, 10 ias)
2.77 attacks / second for Runebow (With Twitch, Deaths, 20 ias)

So i guess it‘s not worth it if it‘s even slower than gothic with less dmg

Wouldn't use for pure physical zon but they are good with immolation, I could write a build for it
