looking for table which shows ee steps by lvl

i mean that
if you got weap 10lvl 100ee its equal to 20lvl 50ee or something like that

So lets deal with level 30 which is one of the more confusing ones as lots of info there.

so tier level IX (30) with ee of 80, will have the same damage/defense/healing as a level 35 with 62 ee, or level 40 47ee, or level 45 with 35 ee, or level 50 with 24.6ee

so you basically just follow it across
