What are some good workouts at home that you can do with no equipment?

youtube 5 minutes workout at home (anabolic aliens), good workouts that i use every now and then

Just do rr (recommended routine)

you need only some basic equipement.

i moved to rr once i mastered this after 2 months.But be warned,for a beginner it's hard as hell.

I found my door frame pull up bar and i'm doing some gymnast workouts lol. Lots of core workouts. I've been doing 100's of body weight squats.
Im so bored i'm just trying to balance on one foot and stand complete still with a boss form.

Can always check out 'El Diablo Bodyweight progression' Should be able to google it and get result. Haven't run it personally, but heard good things.
