Budget: Around $1k (but a little over is fine)

Looking for a 13-14" laptop with good battery life, SSD, and a dedicated graphics card. Obviously I want to get the best graphics card I can get on such a device, but with the battery requirement and size of laptop, I'd be happy with any decent-performing graphics card. Also webcam needs to be at the top of the screen, not bottom (usually isn't an issue, but I've seen some weirdly designed laptops). Everything else is flexible.

I have one that I'm currently considering, but I'm sure I'm missing better deals elsewhere. However, this seems to be a weird niche of laptops - something that can game but also survive on battery for a lengthy time (at least 7hrs) when doing other things. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks!

Close this - Just found a great deal of the same laptop I was looking at before on Newegg and ordered it. Thanks!

Actually reopen this (I cancelled the order because I probably need something different)

I want to see if there's a laptop with decent battery life as well as good enough graphics that I'd be able to play the FFVII remake when it comes out on PC. Estimated requirement is minimum of Geforce GTX 960. Or will I need a full-fledged gaming laptop to achieve that?

Battery
3-cell (51 Whr) Li-Polymer - 7hour life my ass.

More like 1 hour gaming and 5hours at idle.

The only laptop I've seen that perfectly fits is the Razer Blade stealth 13, which has 8hr battery life, 512gb SSD, and GTX 1650 Max-Q. But it's priced $1800, which is a bit out of budget for me

The one I was thinking about was the Asus Zenbook 14, which has 10hr battery life, 512gb SSD, and Geforce MX150 priced at $900 on Newegg. Great deal, but I'm 100% positive that graphics card won't be able to handle FFVII remake.

Another option I was considering is getting a regular ultrabook with thunderbolt 3 port and then buying an external eGPU/graphics card setup, since I don't need to game on the go. But I have no experience with doing this and I'm not sure what the price total would look like compared to the other options (external eGPU/graphics card seems expensive from what I can tell)
