2060S should smash it just fine at 1080p

4k might be a different story but I think you just wanted to be able to hook it up to your TV not play on the TV unless Im mistaken
Gaming at 4k requires a bit beefier gpu

Yeah I don’t need to game at 4K. I just want to have a competitive level frame rate on my monitor.
