I follow that stock for the kek.

My cousin tried telling me to buy it around 50. I told him that's not my style of investing. It went to like 80 and he felt like a genius while I felt a little salty.

But that stock is a textbook example of pump and dump. CEO should be lynched. Their lockup period ended today so it might dump even harder with GM saying nothx on NKLA equity and insiders scrambling for the exit.

I avoid putting stuff like NKLA even though I “know” it’s going down. Shit randomly pumps for no reason then you’re caught in a bad position.

It's highly manipulated. There are hedge fund algos and trading desks that love the action on these names. These entities have the power to at-will walk up and down the price for trading gains.

There's a reason why Robinhood has buyers lined up for their clients trading data.

I won't even invest in TSLA. Once something has hype driving it's growth as opposed to reasonable outlooks, I duck out. I'm losing out on insane profits but I'd probably lose my ass as well. I'm more than happy to take 10% annual growth and call it a day.

Canadian banks beating estimates but no surprises really given the bath they all took back in previous quarters.

Good chance I migrate money into something like VRE very soon.
