Generally speaking, you should choose the best one you are able and or willing to afford, as PC performance is a somewhat unlimited spectrum.
"worth" is up to you -
Graphics cards are price segmented meaning certain price brackets are more/less competitive than others -
this simply means that buying a 300 dollar graphics card usually is better bang for your buck than buying a 600 card, which contains more markup in it's price than the more competitive cheap cards because people who would spend 600 dollars are suckers who can be exploited for more money.
The other factor though is your use case.
If you aren't gaming above 1080p, get the 2060.
If you are aiming for 1080p 100+ Hz monitor/4k/1440p gaming, then i would aim for something like the 2070/2080 based on what you're willing to pay. Generally speaking the cost differences are always somewhat proportional meaning youll be getting what you pay for the more you spend, so just get the nicest thing you can,
And never worry, parts are always easily upgradeable so if your needs change or you make a mistake, it won't be the end of the world.
