I have saved up a bit and want to invest in a new pc machine. I want it mainly for gaming. Budget is around £1200-1300 which is about 1619.37$ also I am from the uk so needs to be seller must be domestic.
Please let me know. Willing to pay some fg for helping. Thanks :)

i don't even try to build pc's that aren't in my country but i can answer some crap and make slight suggestions at the least to get you started.

first off, i'm going to suggest getting win10. it's just too late to deal with win7 at this point. your system will not be very secure for long with Win7.

for sound you "can" purchase high-grade cards, but the integrated chips in newer mobo's aren't bad at all. i'd recommend just dealing with the one on the mobo you get.

there's nothing wrong with water cooling, although the upkeep is higher and you do have to worry about faulty pumps and crap.
the pc world has come a long way with air cooling. as long as you have an "airy" case, it can perform just as well as water-cooling.
i would not suggest a stock cooler, minor overclocking is easy if your chip allows it. you will likely overclock at some point if you are able to.

"if" you have worries of heat in your pc box, you can get a hybrid GPU that runs air and water. these keep closed box systems much cooler as you don't blow nearly as much heat off the GPU.
