It says in the gold password screen that usually a mail is sent in 10 minutes or less. This is not the case for me.

What should I do now? Contact a mod ?

Hello!
Have you checked your spam/junk folders in your e-mail? Are you sure you checked the e-mail that you have registred in d2jsp? (Even if you think it's an idiotic question, you might be checking the wrong mail)
If you did everything asked above, try to click the recover gold password again after 24 hours.

If you still did not receive anything in your e-mail, maybe it's time to check the Guide To Account Recovery , or using the Contact (or PMing Kevin , as he handles d2jsp account's security)
