Is this an ok build? This was someone else's build that I found somewhere.

I will be using some of my old parts from my current computer so if they arent there thats why.

Or if anyone can find any better parts that may cost less then that would be great as well.

The games I play most is Sea of Thieves and Destiny 2

damn thats an expensive mid tower case, it is nice tho. If you're lookin to cut down costs I'd prolly get a cheaper case, and you could maybe switch over to amd cpu/mobo (amd's usually better price vs performance and they just came out with some nice new cpu's) the ryzen7 3800x is about 5% slower but it's about $180 cheaper

I'd go with a case you like, I've been using the same case since 2009 lol so I wouldn't feel too bad about spending a bit extra on a nice one that'll last

You can def save some money on different case, Mobo, ram(don’t need 32gb)

What are the other parts you are reusing?

Actually post all of the parts/specs from your current build.

RAM: 16gb DDR4 (Tried to type in the part number but cant seem to find it) Some kind of G.Skill

What’s wrong With this current build? This should be more than enough for destiny 2 and sea of thieves.

Or do you just simply want to upgrade parts(which I understand?, I do it myself)

Have you made sure you're temps are okay so you're not throttling? Have you overclocked as well?
If you really wanna stay on the less money route you could probably just look for a used 6700k online and toss a decent cooler on it if you don't already have one and that should hold you over for quite a while. It's the same architecture as the current lineup of Intel cpu's so you won't be gaining much by upgrading.
