66.6% of 22min games, Taste of blood and ultimate hunter does more heal and more damage then cheap shot and ravenous hunter.

therefore this runebook not make sence, and where the fck is Liandry.
He plays like a Vayne top, win lane to win game, thats not how LoL works

have to relize that ipav is playing teemo in high elo games ( diamond +++) its a totaly diff world...

it have more to do with differents of support teemo and top teemo, then with elo!
