easiest way to get better is play with and vs good people, you pick up a decent amount of skill that way, the rest is just grinding

the hard part is, you have to do this with a group of 5 otherwise there will inevitably be that one asshole that flames you the entire game for every little mistake you make

Soraka/Teemo top. Bronze/Silver elo. Wards like poop, gets ganked and sits in lane 20 min. Game transitions into teamfights but by that time your team is tilted and will get raped.
