this comes up every time i try to log in no matter what i do.

Temporarily IP Banned whether its minutes, hours or days. Trying to log extends the time unfortunately.

Unplug router for 5m Plug it back in works every time for me

If this happens on all realms, then is means you either try to login via Proxy/Vpn or your real IP is not residential!
Proxy / vpn gives your from 24 to 2 weeks suslension
Non residential IP gives u permanent suspension

Don't click the button that says battle.net

Yes you will get that error message permanently from that hotel's IP , but if u login from other place with correct and legit IP all will be fine
