Something silly..

I drove it, it sucked, no traction in low gears and actually lost traction at 40. If you ask anybody who owns one, the first thing they do is change the tires..

What? Nothing legitimate to say? There’s literally 275 racing classes with 1000s or horsepower. 707 really isn’t a lot. Considering power isn’t a measurement of speed. It’s all about how the car is set up. Learn to drive the car and it’ll do fine.

Yet you are contradicting yourself.

Not only power, but hellcat also has a supercharger and sick torque which kicks in right away not like your turbocharged all wheeldrive mid-mounted engine 1300kg supercars. Also the tyre matter, if you use slicks/drag radials wont be same as some street tyres, as well as the road..

Did 0-100 in 4.7sec on my 375hp/540nm torque (with custom air filter) on my 245 michelin pilot sport 4s, compared to 5.5sec on some random 245's street tyres

Don’t mind the garage, still moving in.

Ended up test driving a 2018 charger hellcat and it was stupid. 275s on a 707hp car is dumb.

Took out a 2020 Widebody Scatpack and it was an amazing drive, so needless to say I left with one!

Awesome car, family loves it, plenty of power...

Also grats!

Told you scat will be better for more daily stuff, but still huge power

Well I don’t care what the car is, if it’s a sports car change the tires. If you didn’t buy a car over 300 dollar tires, that’s silly.

You say its all about *car setup* just after that you are telling him *learn to drive* and *say something silly*, like you know telling McLaren 720s and dodge demon will perform eavenly on 275's.

It is car setup. It is learning to drive. Obviously if the car isn’t set up properly, it’ll drive like shit. Obviously if you floor it and disregard the cars setup, the weather conditions. Etc. it’s gonna drive like shit. There’s 6 second flat cars with 3k plus up running 275s. You telling me something with only 700hp can’t perform with 275s? Are bigger tires better? Duh. But 707hp can perform fine on 275s.

Between that and unless you get a widebody, the suspension set up on it is booty, you get wheel hop all day..

I didn’t buy it because first impressions last, and it was a stupid car.

And you keep saying only 700 hp, that’s pretentious because most drivers on the road “me included” don’t want or need 700 hp. It’s a shit load of power for a car straight off the lot.

The internet’s such a weird place

Everybody has their own definition of what’s fast. I do this for a living so I’ve learned not to car about horsepower nor that 707 is a lot. I’m not trying to say you made the wrong decision or anything, all I’m saying is the tire size is fine for the power it makes.
