It is supposed to be an IP ban but call my company and they tell me that we use dynamic IP and that it can't be changed ... does anyone have any solution?

You probably got a temp ip ban, and your only solution is to wait. There is nothing that you can do to avoid that as of now.

For me, playing war thunder from my phone costs like 1mb data/minute.. bought 43gb for 30 bucks. Lasts me a looong time, and i dont even have any money in my life to speak of.

What i mean is, cheaper than i thought it would be playing online from the phone. About as much as streaming 140p videos on youtube. Varies from title to title of course..

Diablo 2 takes so little internet usage it's insane. I know a good dozen people who would use there hotspot for diablo 2, me including. Plus it's an unlimited amount of authenticated ip addresss accepted by the servers, since you can change up via hotspot setting.
