So we all know the dreaded "Flood Control" warning page and the "You Must Wait" warning if we send a message too fast or do a consecutive bump in under 30 seconds (messages I believe are 15).

Wouldn't it be so much easier if the Send Message or the Bump button was just unclickable and visibly "ghosted" until the Timer reaches 0?

As of now, I try to get my 4 allowed bumps in.....I gotta stare at my PC's clock to see the 30 seconds go by and if I'm off by 1 second I get that annoying page that says I can't bump again I don't know if I lost my post or what.

Or when I'm sending Messages to a few friends perhaps inviting them to duels....if I'm not over 15 seconds you get an annoying warning message..

So much easier if the website DISPLAYS this timer in some way, 1 way being just disable and ghost out the Send and Bump button.

That would not work you would need to refresh the page until you can enter a message..

so I enter my message then I need to press f5 to confirm I can send it? But then the message deletes, so this is actually pretty useless.


Also the passive aggressive strawmanning doesn't help

Ok so a cooldown clock then.....the point is......something to let u know you can post again......doesn't have to be a ghosted button...... a little countdown timer would be just as good

btw that's not true, facebook ghosts their "Send Message" button in their life chat section just like the way i described
