mild oc yes. Not high end oc's.

Might be tricky getting two PCIe's for your soundcard/wifi card and your gpu on a micro atx though.

wifi on most mini boards
sound cards highly not needed unless doing studio work.
onboard is generally enough for most.

im fine without a soundcard tbh didnt really know if i needed one until King explained it to me
