Winner takes 1650fg, runner up takes 550fg (with thanks to Skullflower, Queef, Endur1ty, Belarathon and lld_mayhem for their donations to the prize pool).
Groups: https://challonge.com/EuNl18Tour_2020If possible, one of your characters will be in each group. In the event of both qualifying, the one with the highest points will progress. If both qualify with identical points, then you can choose which progresses.
Please be as active as possible with your scheduling. Allowances can be made if a genuine effort has been made to schedule. Admin losses can be handed out if people are not shown to be cooperative in their scheduling or are found to be breaking any of the tournament rules.

RULES==========================
Duels are first to 5 and will be held in the Blood Moor. Leaving the Blood Moor or hiding in a house is an autoloss for the round.
No shrines, potions, mercenaries, dupes or any kind of program modifications (hacks). No spells before the start of the duel.
No WSG. No overly defensive play to replenish life and/or mana. No cube in inventory.
Token not allowed during the tournament. Gear/inventory/skill distribution must be shown on request with a time stamp.
No more than 75 max res. No more than 25 replenish life.
No use of Nef on weapons (exceptions: Ranger's Bow, Bfsin Claw).
Ethereal items may not be used in a way that reduces their durability.
No more than 5 Magic Damage Reduction.
WINNER TO POST RESULTS OF THE MATCH UPPoints system - Group StageWinner of the round gets 3 points.
1 point granted to both the winner and loser of the round for every individual game they win in the round.
For example, a 5-3 win would mean the winner gets 8 points and the loser 3 points.
Class Specific RulesNecromancer5 Bonewalls per screen maximum. No boxing/enclosing yourself.
Life Tap and Iron Maiden are banned.
Clay Golem limited to 1 skill point. Can only be used vs Paladins and Bowazons.
Bone Armor may be recast once (i.e. cast twice in one duel) vs a Bowazon, otherwise it can only be cast once.
Paladins"Holy Freeze", "Holy Bolt", "Prayer" and "Cleansing" may not be used.
Maximum 1 point into might and charge. Exceptions: Smiters and libbys may put excess skill points in charge and might, however they may not use might or conc while charging.
Clay Golem limited to 1 skill point. Can only be used vs Paladins and Bowazons.
AmazonsTreads of Cthon may not be used on a Bowazon
Life rep is capped at 15 for bowazons
No T/C shooting or Farcasting
"Slow Missles" is banned.
Druids"Cyclone Armor" may not be recast
