meh I think its fine, theirs cards like this seem a bit much for similar performance of their card type.

On serious note, D4 will probably be pretty demanding on current hardware considering it's not slated for release for at least another year ( my guess is they will announce mid-late 2021 release at Blizzcon 2020). On top of that, I wouldn't count on D4 to be very well optimized for low end hardware.
Always run dual channel ram unless you really only use the machine for email and word docs.
That case looks like garbage but I guess that's just a personal preference.
