Conservative donors spending more in Senate than anything, and Trump is spending much more per dollar raised now than this time last year.

Bad news bears for the fas.

Nah. McConnell is poising himself to be the most powerful Republican in the government after this election.

He's blasted the president for not condemning white supremacy, he told him not to reach a deal with Pelosi because it would be bad for GOP senate retention, and a few other open criticisms that suggest he is focused on after Trump.

McConnell is palpatine , trump is just Vader... ok maybe darth maul cuZ he not gonna leave on a high note lol

Dude, when he revealed his two-sided lightsabre, that was the most dope moment of the entire prequel trilogy!

in the clone wars arc he made his return (with mechanical legs) attempting to get revenge on Obi Wan like 5 times, and had a pretty good story twist where he went back and confronted Palpatine for being abandoned.

Curfew here 21h00-06h00 could even be extended to 19h00-06h00 if needed, for 70% of the metropolitan country.

I am not sure if covid will jump in US in the next week(s) like it's doing in EU. Maybe.

If it does not, if there is no similar surge in the U.S., then that would retroactively clear Trump from quite a bit of the blame that was put on him over his covid response.

No, but he was constantly blasted for not listening to the experts, not taking the virus seriously, not coordinating a proper government response - and that he therefore bears responsibility for the high case and death numbers in the U.S.

If all sorts of European countries whose governments did listen to the expert, did take the virus seriously and did a good job organizing their countries' public health response now get overrun by the second wave of coronavirus nontheless, then that shows that we overestimated the influence governments have over the trajectory of the pandemic.

Now, I consider it likely that the U.S. will also see a full-throttled second wave quite soon when it gets colder in the South too. But for the moment, for perhaps the first time since the pandemic begun, the U.S. is coming out ahead when juxtaposed with the EU.

We will see man. Everything pointing to a pretty large spike to come. Hope I am wrong and to your point it would definitely be a pro trump point if in fact we don’t see the spike that many are foreseeing

It would mean are asymptomatic rates are much higher than what we predicted and it already is rampant in Communities and some degree of “herd immunity” has actually developed ... judging from world data I don’t find this to be the likely scenario tho

The gold standard comparison is south Korea.

We will see a third save as flu season ramps up, not a second.

Right now everybody in the northern hemisphere is going to get nailed. Theres very little we can do to stop it. Were gonna have to do our best to mitigate.
