It has been approximately 9 hours since my original thread. I have yet to successfully cook an egg. I have gone through three and a half cartons of quality large eggs and it is getting to be a little much.

If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it.

Jas is a tier 8 egg cooker

So you whisk together your egg mix, 3 eggs a little milk pinch of salt and pepper, butter in pan, put egg mix in pan, about 20seconds later bread in pan coat one side with the egg mix, another 15seconds or so, flip bread, 1min or so flip the whole thing, fold eggs on top, if you want sausage or bacon or whatever you cook that first and if you want cheese this is where you put in meat/cheese, after folding extra egg and putting adons just flip bread on bread, wait a couple seconds flip make sure both sides are cooked, it sounds like a lot but honestly super easy awesome egg sandwich!
