So you whisk together your egg mix, 3 eggs a little milk pinch of salt and pepper, butter in pan, put egg mix in pan, about 20seconds later bread in pan coat one side with the egg mix, another 15seconds or so, flip bread, 1min or so flip the whole thing, fold eggs on top, if you want sausage or bacon or whatever you cook that first and if you want cheese this is where you put in meat/cheese, after folding extra egg and putting adons just flip bread on bread, wait a couple seconds flip make sure both sides are cooked, it sounds like a lot but honestly super easy awesome egg sandwich!

I don’t use chopsticks I just move the pan around and flip the whole pan easily enough... but this is basically what I’m talking about, never knew I was making egg sandwiches wrong all these years, this is the truth lol

Interesting technique but i'd rather toast the bread separate; seems like this way it'd be too moist

Efficient as hell though

First, you’re welcome to upgrade the recipe😋, you could say hey when you mix the eggs add cinnamon and vanilla, which I personally wouldn’t ever do...

If anything a little brown sugar and nutmeg for me.

But yeah it doesn’t soak long but as long as you cook enough it isn’t wet, when I made this for my kids the response was ‘can I have another?’
