A really fast movement, which should include above average clear speeds, and very good single target damage for t16 bosses and metas? Cyclone is what I've had suggested so far but wondering if there's anything else I can look into. Prefer to stay away from summoning builds

any build with headhunter fits this criteria
apart from that, i've seen steelmage play shattering steel with average gear and it was doing some sick DPS and was pretty decent clear

what is your budget?
i had a cheap shattering steel slayer able to ease t16 metamorphs, but find it hard to do sirus with so had to move away from that build.

currently running a doomfletch splitarrow miner, doing great but not as good of run speed or movement but still not that bad due to offscreen clear

poison assassin (spec throw, cyclone, blade flurry, rain of arrows, insert fast hitting skill here) budget sub 1ex
scorching ray trickster budget 2c
full phys flicker+impale berserker/slayer/champion (budget sub 5ex)

lowest single target of the 3 is scorching ray at 2.5m shaper, all 3 have cleared EVERYTHING A8 full completion, sirus, all conq, all shaper/elder guardian/metamorph/blight.

I'm converting my miner into this as we speak
