I like my state too much to leave it. Plus I have a lot of things in my state that make it difficult to get up and leave it for a job. Mainly family. I have two kids and both my spouse and I's family are within a couple hours drive. Also, I'm a lawyer and i would have to take another bar exam if I left my state. I just don't feel the desire to do that.
