The single target skill for both ice shot and split arrow is still barrage, so yes - replacing the map clearing build with ice shot is still 100x better.
Barrage itself or barrage support?
The reason I stocked to the split arrow was because of the added flat phys from it.
Throwing it is a pain but dps seems nice
